This application labels the checkout as a trial, but it is not a trial membership. You will not have access to membership benefits during this time. This temporary status remains until we complete the application vetting process. You will be considered a member once your application is accepted and the membership fee is charged.
This form will complete your application to the KW Relocation community.
Community Standards: - Agent has a minimum of 2 years real estate experience; and - Maximum of 5 agents per Market Center is not exceeded
If you are denied or waitlisted, you will not be billed. Within the next 5 business days, you will receive an email follow up to notify you of your application status.
If accepted, you will automatically become an active member with benefit access, and your first $199 membership fee will be billed on the activation date, recurring monthly on the same date.
(i.e. if a community member signed up on the 8th of the month, recurring payment will be billed on the 8th of every month respectively).
This payment shall not be refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to the termination of this agreement.
