KW Relocation: KW Relocation - Pro-Certified Elite

Submitting this form completes your enrollment in KW Relocation: Pro–Certified Elite.

Your membership will activate immediately upon submission, and onboarding materials will be sent to your email within 24 business hours. These materials will include instructions for setting up your eRelocation CRM profile and creating your MBRA request link.

Relocation referrals move quickly and are time-sensitive. Our Referral Coordinators use your preferred contact information to reach you when opportunities arise within your indicated coverage areas. If another individual will serve as your primary point of contact for referral placement, please provide their information below.

Referrals cannot be reassigned. Only the member indicated on this form is eligible to receive and accept referral assignments.

Your initial $199 membership payment will be billed upon form submission and will recur monthly on the same date. All payments are non-refundable. The Pro–Certified Elite membership requires a six (6)-month minimum commitment.
