KW Relocation: KW Relocation - Individual Membership

The 10-day vetting process, or what our software calls a 10-day trial period, is the time during which we verify your production against our community standards. Please note you will not have access to membership materials during your trial period, and access will be provided when your membership is activated.

This form will complete your application to the KW Relocation community.

If accepted, your $199 monthly recurring payment will be billed on the date of membership (i.e. if community member signed up on the 8th of the month, recurring payment will be billed on the 8th of every month respectively).

Community Standards:
- Agent is above $50,000 GCI in the last 12 months; or
- If an agent’s GCI is less than $50,000 GCI in the last 12 months AND the agent is on a team, a Rainmaker (as defined by KWRI) can request membership for the agent on their team, as long as the Rainmaker is above $50,000 GCI in the last 12 months
- Agent has a minimum of 2 years real estate experience; and
- Maximum of 5 agents per Market Center is not exceeded

If you are accepted into the community, you will automatically become an active member with access to our member portal after the trial application period. Your first membership fee will process at that time.
You will not be billed until and unless you are accepted. If you are denied or waitlisted, you will not be billed. In the next 10 days, you will receive an email follow up from relocationcommunity@kw.com to notify you of your application status.
